ScaffoldModel ClassPath

It could be really useful to have the ClassPath in the ScaffoldModel. My use could be to have a configuration with an outpu setted like this : {ClassPath}{ClassName}.cs

Solution folders not fully supported

When I put a project in a sub-solution folder (Solution\Solutionfolder\SubSolutionfolder\Project), the project does not show up in the combobox of the configuration window.
